Full-Stack Developer
Build websites and custom business tools end to end: TypeScript, Node.js, React and PostgreSQL, with hosting on Cloudflare, AWS or Azure. You will talk to clients directly and own small projects from scope to handover.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years building and shipping web applications
- Comfortable with TypeScript, Node.js, React and SQL
- Clear written and spoken communication with non-technical clients
- Experience deploying and running what you build

Plan page layouts and user journeys for small-business websites and tools, produce clickable prototypes in Figma and work closely with the developer building them.
What we are looking for
- A portfolio of shipped web or app work
- Strong Figma skills and a feel for clear, readable content
- Experience designing for mobile first
- Able to run short usability sessions with real users

Look after hosting, deployments, backups and monitoring for our clients, write documentation they can follow, and handle support requests with care and clear explanations.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure and Linux
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines
- Patient, clear communication with people who are not technical
- Attention to detail with backups, access and security
