The problem

What was getting in the way.

New stock was announced on Instagram and the owner answered the same questions about sizes and fabric in direct messages all day. There was no single place for customers to see the current collection.

What we built

The solution.

We built a small product website with collection pages, product photos, size and fabric information and an enquiry button on every item. The owner adds new pieces herself in a few minutes, and the shop’s opening hours and location sit on every page.

Scope

What the project included.

  • Product catalogue and collection pages
  • Size and fabric details
  • Item enquiry form
  • Shop details and opening hours
  • Easy product updates for the owner
The result

What changed.

  • The collection is in one place, and social posts now link to it.
  • Size and fabric questions in messages have largely stopped.
  • New items go live the day they arrive in the shop.
In their words
“I used to type the same answers twenty times a day. Now I send a link. Adding new pieces takes me five minutes and the site looks as good as the shop.”
