The problem

What was getting in the way.

The timetable changed often and lived in social media posts, so new visitors could not tell which classes suited beginners or how to join. Enquiries arrived through three different channels and were easy to lose.

What we built

The solution.

We built a website with a weekly timetable the studio updates itself, a page for each class explaining who it suits, membership options and a single enquiry form. Enquiries are collected in one inbox and a short automation sends the timetable in reply.

Scope

What the project included.

  • Weekly timetable with easy updates
  • Class pages
  • Membership information
  • Single enquiry form
  • Automatic timetable reply
The result

What changed.

  • New visitors can see which classes suit beginners before they arrive.
  • Enquiries land in one place and get an immediate reply with the timetable.
  • The timetable is updated by the studio in minutes when classes change.
In their words
“Beginners used to message asking where to start. Now the website answers that before they walk in, and I update the timetable myself on a Sunday night.”
